About the roles:

These two contract roles are at a senior level, and I am looking for candidates with extensive experience in billings and CRM projects, ideally with a telecommunications background. As such one of the BA roles will have a Billings focus and the second will have a CRM focus.

About the role:

As the VP Client Success, your role will be a multi-faceted balancing act. You will straddle the gap between service and sales, between company interest and customer interest, and between product expertise and customer insight. We're looking for a Process Business Analyst, with experience in product Information Management or Master Data Management system implementation.

You will be responsible for process design, requirements specification and assisting in the build of a new product catalogue system. We're looking for a senior BA with lots of business process experience. Worked in process analysis, process leaning, process modeling, Six Sigma. Ideally had exposure to product catalog with a company that has nationwide distribution of products.

You will work with the business to understand the, "as is" processes and find the future state processes that will realize the strategic requirements.
Strong commercial acumen is needed as you will look at the business processes and try and get more value for money, enabling better decision making and better value for money processes. 

You'll need top class communication skills and extremely good stakeholder management skills working with stakeholders in the health industry. 

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, with experience in Product Information Management or Master Data Management system implementations.

We're looking for a contract Business Analyst who will be responsible for the identification of requirements, design and specification of solutions, participation in the selection of the solution, carrying out implementation activities and providing immediate post go-live support for the Project.  They will also be expected to contribute expert knowledge of BI solutions and analytics to the team.

You will be required to build relationships with stakeholder groups including DHBs, Pharmac, GS1 and other groups, facilitate workshops in order to ascertain business requirements, participate in selection of a cloud based solution.
You will also define data requirements, work with DHBs to specify data extracts, specify any ETL processes required to transform data to the required format, identify any data cleansing activities required and status reporting. 

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Sound knowledge of data structures and database design.

• Extensive experience with the implementation of BI and analytics solutions.

This initial 6-month contract role (with a 6 month extension as the project will be at least 12 months) will be part of an enterprise-level transformation programme that aims to reinvent the way this organisation is engaging with its customers. As such, this specific Project Manager role's primary focus will be on Data. 

The role will look at all data aspects: data infrastructure, Data Analytics and Machine Learning/AI.
