Business Analyst – Process / Data (PIM / MDM)

We're looking for a Process Business Analyst, with experience in product Information Management or Master Data Management system implementation.

You will be responsible for process design, requirements specification and assisting in the build of a new product catalogue system. The Process Business Analyst will also participate in the selection of the new product catalogue system and integration design, implementation activities and post go-live support.

We're looking for a senior BA with lots of business process experience. Worked in process analysis, process leaning, process modeling, Six Sigma. Ideally had exposure to product catalog with a company that has nationwide distribution of products.

You will work with the business to understand the, "as is" processes and find the future state processes that will realize the strategic requirements.
Strong commercial acumen is needed as you will look at the business processes and try and get more value for money, enabling better decision making and better value for money processes. 

You'll need top class communication skills and extremely good stakeholder management skills working with stakeholders in the health industry. 

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, with experience in Product Information Management or Master Data Management system implementations.
• Extensive experience of business process design.
• Sound knowledge of data structures and database design.
• Strong business analysis background.
• Experience working in a complex distributed environment.
• Experience in large data consolidation, enrichment and cleansing projects.

  
Desirable:

• Experience designing and documenting procurement, product and contract management processes.
• Experience with ERP solutions.
• Experience in projects involving the implementation of new data standards.
• Experience in the Health sector.
