This exciting role will bring digital capability together to achieve better customer/employee experiences and organisation value through technology enablement, helping assess and create the digital capability, strategy and plan.
This is an opportunity to be an integral part of contributing to digital capability planning, across its multiple dimensions. Working closely with operational Centres of Excellence and delivery Value Streams you’ll identify, roadmap, prioritise and measure the projects and activities to maintain, modernise and grow our client's digital capability.
You will develop and implement a centralised DP portfolio management plan to ensure the successful delivery of all approved initiatives in line with the annual DP portfolio roadmap.
To achieve this, as the Digital Portfolio Manager, you will think strategically, understand the organisation's strategy and where the organisation is going. We are seeking someone with a broad, rounded skill-set able to understand technology well. Happy and outgoing to speak to the right people to understand the technology/people landscape and utilizing your experience across financial modelling and looking at viability and operation implications alongside the people competencies.
Required experience & capability:
  • Broad technology background (good understanding of how new digital ways of working are impacting how organisations operate
  • Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience of portfolio management, enterprise value analysis & estimation and planning and road mapping of technical capability
  • Excellent fundamental understanding of big paradigm shifts - prem to cloud, capex/opex, consume as a service, managing tech vs. delivering customer experience
  • Experience led, human centred design
  • Comfortable liaising with PO in value stream
