Engineering Team Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join a growing product-led technology company. This role combines hands-on software development, technical leadership, and people leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence product direction while helping engineers do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers
- Stay hands-on with coding, architecture, and technical delivery
- Partner with Product, Design, and leadership to shape roadmaps and engineering strategy
- Drive quality, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve developer productivity
- Remove blockers, support delivery, and help the team move quickly
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading or mentoring software engineers
- Strong software engineering background with a desire to remain hands-on
- A product mindset focused on customer and business outcomes
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Interest in leveraging AI to improve software development
Tech stack: React, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD technologies (or similar experience).
