We’re working with a major infrastructure programme in Auckland to secure a Project Information Coordinator to play a key role in driving structure, governance, and consistency across a complex, multi-project environment.
This is a hands-on, programme-level role sitting between a Project Coordinator and Document Controller; ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Information & Document Management
- Lead and maintain document management systems (EDMS)
- Establish and embed document control governance, workflows, and standards
- Manage SharePoint structure, access, and user groups
- Support consistency across multiple projects and delivery phases
RFI & Workflow Management
- Own and manage RFIs end-to-end
- Track, report, and drive closure of outstanding items
- Provide regular reporting to programme stakeholders
Programme Coordination Support
- Work across multiple project streams (design through to delivery)
- Support coordination activities where required
- Help standardise processes across teams and partners
What We’re Looking For:
Core Experience
- Background in project coordination and document control
- Experience in large infrastructure or complex programme environments
- Strong understanding of EDMS, workflows, and governance frameworks
Systems & Tools
- Exposure to Procore (or equivalent systems) highly desirable
- Strong SharePoint capability (structure, permissions)
- Knowledge of P6 or MS Project beneficial
- Experience with document management platforms
Working Style
- Proactive and confident — comfortable driving outcomes and holding stakeholders accountable
- Able to operate across multiple teams, vendors and organisations
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, complex delivery environment
The Detail
- Immediate start preferred
- Contract through to March 2027 (with potential to extend or go perm)
- Auckland CBD location (5 days on-site preferable)
