My client is a global digital transformation specialist, with almost 40 offices around the world. The NZ business focuses on Salesforce and B2B, working with some of NZ's most well-known brands. With a long list of awards and accolades in NZ and globally for their exceptional delivery, they are growing rapidly and are seeking a Consultant Manager to lead a team of Salesforce Consultants.
About the role:
The role will include both line management of functional and technical Salesforce consultants and execution of key initiatives to enable the business to scale while still delivering high-quality solutions. You would also be playing a key role in growing the internal Salesforce talent through facilitating structured training and activities.
You will play a critical role in building engagement across your team, facilitating learning and development opportunities, removing roadblocks and helping problem solve. You will ensure that your team achieves utilisation, performance and revenue targets.
Skills & Experience required:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading high performing teams
  • Strong consulting background
  • Strong technical experience in software delivery
  • Salesforce advantageous but not required
  • High EQ, strong people skills, adaptive leadership style
