Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions using ReactJS, and the latest versions of Java. The role is responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring applications are scalable, high-performing, secure, and aligned with user and business needs. 

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA's and senior engineers to deliver robust web applications, APIs, and microservices. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end systems, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

Full Stack Development 

• Lead end-to-end development, from requirement gathering and technical design to implementation and deployment. 
• Develop scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL. 
• Build responsive front-end applications with ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. 

API & Architecture 

• Design and develop RESTful APIs (and optionally GraphQL), following OpenAPI standards. 
• Implement secure, scalable, and reusable software architecture and application design. 

Database Management 

• Design and maintain optimized relational database schemas. 
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. 

Code Quality & CI/CD 

• Set up automated testing (unit, integration, E2E). 
• Manage monorepos (e.g., using Turborepo), code versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. 

Security & Compliance 

• Apply secure coding practices (e.g., prevent SQL injection, XSS). 
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and industry regulations. 

Collaboration & Innovation 

• Partner with product managers, analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers to bring features to life. 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest continuous improvements. 
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring across the team. 

Requirements 

• Experience with Java (latest versions), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MySQL. 
• Developing scalable web APIs and backend systems. 
• Front-end development with ReactJs, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript. 
• Strong understanding of software testing practices 
• Familiarity with secure coding, API authentication, and performance tuning.
