About the role:

As the VP Client Success, your role will be a multi-faceted balancing act. You will straddle the gap between service and sales, between company interest and customer interest, and between product expertise and customer insight. In addition, this role is a powerful growth engine that will help this SaaS company exponentially grow in size, with an aim to double in the next year or so. The current team is comprised of 10 team members: Project Managers, Client Success Managers, and Software Configurators.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the scaling up of the team and be involved in all aspects of it. Currently, a team of 10 looking at doubling in size. As such, this position will manage the entire team, currently comprised of Implementation and Client Success.
  • You would have developed the processes required to be a world-class service organisation in the enterprise B2B space.
  • Collaborate and share feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts
  • Build structure to help us scale up as part of the business roadmap
  • Managing the internal team to build process to ensure client success
  • Own overall relationship with multiple clients, working to consistently meet or exceed client expectations on SaaS deployments and projects
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with clients, and drive continued value of our products and services throughout implementation, onboarding, and throughout the client relationship
  • Work with clients to educate and establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  
About you:
  • Strong experience working in Customer Success or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Specific experience in having scaled a team from 10ish people to a larger team and has developed the processes required to be a world class service organisation in the enterprise B2B space.
  • Interest in delivering strategic consulting and best in class support for our offerings.
  • Experience with Customer Success methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to become a product subject matter expert with the ability to translate product value to Customers, communicating with customers in their language
  • Track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate grit, resilience and tenacity with a desire to succeed on your own terms scaling with the company as we grow.
